Rosemary's Babies Company (RBC) was birthed by founder Rosemary Oglesby-Henry. Rosemary used her life experiences as a teen parent, education in leadership, and personal trauma to create a resource for teen parents.
In 2013, after realizing that in the years it took her child to grow up, teen parents were still facing many of the obstacles she faced when she was a young parent in their position. She knew a solution to this problem would be to provide resources, education, and life skills to teen parents firsthand as she had done with family and friends. With the goal being to provide help in navigating the difficulties of teen parenthood from a generational perspective, she began building on this dream deferred opening the doors to RBC in 2016.
Six years after conception, Rosemary’s Babies Company is growing serving hundreds of teens through hotline services, emergency care, and programs aimed at helping teen parents build their legacy. Rosemary’s Babies Co. exists to model a path to success for teen parenthood.

In 2023, RBC will open its new facility expanding services to provide wellness, resources, and supportive housing for teen moms and their babies. Learn more.

Rosemary's Babies Co. (RBC) officially opened its doors on November 11, 2016, the organization's conception in 2013. RBC understood our message, story, and branding were vital to our growth. This was even more important for an organization with a name reminiscent of a scary movie. Our logo was designed by Darrian Turner, a then 18-year-old student attending The Art Academy. Our logo was trademarked in 2019 thanks to the Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio. Our Rose Bud Logo represents our mission and guiding principles. The color yellow represents light, God, hope for a blossoming future. Roses need the sun to blossom. The grey represents the area in which teen parents fall when we as a country and community fail to support the population of children who have babies. The fetus represents life. We support teen parents when they determine they will raise their children. Our support starts when they acknowledge their babies in the womb. The Rose Bud represents the organization as a whole, a place of love, wisdom, beauty, strength.
